We created this concept to offer our guests a welcoming, independent atmosphere just like home, combined with the attentive services of a boutique hotel. Our motto is “no stress.”

We are located on beautiful Viale Trieste in Pesaro, just a few steps from the sea and the historic center—a strategic location that allows you to enjoy the area in complete freedom from every angle.

The pleasure of feeling at home

Our 6 Junior Suites, featuring a separate living area and a minimal, fresh, and functional design, offer 30 sqm of space. Each suite includes a living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and a small step-out balcony. All suites enjoy a glimpse of the sea, either side or front facing. They can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Our 5 Superior Suites, with separate living areas and measuring 40 sqm, offer a bright living room with kitchenette and dining area, a double sofa bed, one modern bathroom with shower, and two small step-out balconies. Two of the suites enjoy dual exposure, with both sea and city views.

And there’s more—for those who love outdoor space, our Superior Suite Terrace is sure to delight. It features 30 sqm of exclusive outdoor space overlooking the little square.

Completing our property are two spacious single rooms with two small step-out balconies, a queen-size bed, and a workstation.

Hello, I am Andrea Bianchi with my family we have realized the dream of reviving this structure overlooking the sea of Pesaro.

A stone's throw from the historic center and shopping streets.
In 2021, we bought one of the oldest hotels in the city and, with endowment and experience given by 40 years in the world of civil and hotel construction, we transformed it into an ultramodern, eco-sustainable and forward-looking structure.
My family with dedication and care has created the First condhotel in the Marche region, a mix of residences and suites, where guests are pampered and treated as if they were lifelong friends.
We are waiting to advise you on the best historical and food and wine itineraries in the area, directing you to places unknown to tourists but frequented and loved by those who grew up in the area.
